Since I have some weight loss fitness goals that I am trying to accomplish with a reward in mind (besides good health and feeling good about my body) I figure I will just update them here rather than including them with my weekly posts.

-October 3rd - March 23rd, 2012 (24 weeks)
-24 pound loss in mind, this means losing at least 1 pound per week.
*I’m hoping to exceed my goal, but I set my standards as low as I could while still pushing myself*
-I weight myself every Monday first thing in the morning.
-My reward is going to be a tattoo that I have wanted for sometime.
Week #4, Oct 24th: 166.2

Week #6, Nov 7th: 164.2 --here comes the 'roller coaster', still better than a gain.

*There are 25 weeks listed because I do not have school the 13th week--December 26th, technically not counting towards the 24 weeks of school, but still counting towards progress in my weight loss goals.
Goal #1 Summary:
In the past 24 weeks I have learned so many things! Even though I lost 10 pounds, instead of the 24 I originally had in mind, I feel great! I know I have increased my muscle mass, boosted my metabolism, significantly decreased my circumferences, decreased my body fat percentage, thus increasing my lean body mass. I am so excited!! NPTI of Portland has truly opened the door on my insights of fitness & nutrition and I am over the top ecstatic to get out there and start training!
